The Turnstone Guarantee
You will not be billed for surveillance that comes up empty-handed. We consider this to be the obvious fair way of doing business. Turnstone Intelligence is the only player in the industry with the success rate to make this guarantee. Terms of our guarantee are listed below.
Terms and Conditions
1. The guarantee applies only to new claims for which no surveillance has been conducted by any other agency/investigator. (We obviously cannot guarantee that we can fix something that was compromised through the actions of an unknown third party.)

2. For international claimants, travel costs up to $2,500 (USD) may be billed to the client. Turnstone Intelligence will absorb all other costs. This is still a far greater degree of assurance than any of our competitors offer.

3. For the guarantee to apply, Turnstone Intelligence must have the freedom to plan and execute surveillance operations according to our expert processes. While we can work within almost any time constraints and beat any discovery deadline within reason, we cannot guarantee outcomes in cases where operational decisions are made outside our organization. We will always comply with directive guidance from our clients, but this will necessarily negate any guarantees. (That said, Turnstone Intelligence will be happy to provide a briefing on operational plans prior to execution.)
4.Turnstone Intelligence agents must always comply with all laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which we operate.
